Class 218 diesel locomotive of the German Federal Railroad (DB). Pure orange/pebble gray livery. Road number 218 140-2. Operating condition from 1985 onwards.

With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with centrally mounted flywheel. All four axles powered. Traction tires. Directional triple headlights and two red marker lights operate conventionally and can be switched digitally. Headlights on locomotive ends 1 and 2 can be switched off separately. Double-A headlight function. Cab lighting changes with the direction of travel, and engine room lighting can be switched digitally. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs.
