In the course of the model change from the Wartburg 353 of the design of 1966 to the 1985 series, the first modifications already took place in 1984. This vehicle still has the front part of the ’66 series with its radiator grille in black, as well as the bumpers of the ’85 series, also in black. The model is initially released in cream white.
