    The Brawa Eszet milk car is a car that ran either in a freight train or as an express milk car on the rear of a local passenger train. The model comes with optional steam lines if you want to include it in a passenger train. The car would have transported fresh milk to a dairy and then on to the Eszet chocolate factory or transported finished Eszet chocolate from a production facility to a distribution point. It's too bad that we don't have access to Eszet in North America like they do in Germany. It is commonly eaten between two slices of buttered bread.
