The fast "Taunus" bus with many qualities
Spartan was already equipped, but for the post-war years not the comfort but mobility meant everything. The Ford FK 1000 with the stylish "Taunus Transit" over the radiator grille offered flexibility - as a minibus and transporter at the same time. This Ford was once the first large transport company that Ford drove on the roads in Wirtschaftswunder-Deutschland. Starting in 1953 as FK 1000 from the band, the same box van later with the name of "Transit" fulfilled its varied tasks. WIKING has created this box-wagon from new forms and thereby supplements the series of historic classics on German roads.
