Prototype: Dual-mode locomotive class 2159 (Stadler Eurodual) of the European Loc Pool AG (ELP), leased to the Rail Cargo Group. Red livery in an attractive RCG design.
Road number 2159 269-0. Operating condition from 2025 onwards.
Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-efficiency propulsion with flywheel, centrally mounted. Two axles in each bogie are driven via cardan shafts. Traction tires. Directional triple headlights and two red marker lights operate conventionally and can be switched digitally. High beam can be switched on/off. Headlights on locomotive ends 1 and 2 can be switched off separately. Double-A headlight function. Cab lighting changes with the direction of travel and engine room lighting can be switched digitally. Additionally, coupler compartment lighting can be switched digitally depending on the direction of travel. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs.
With buffer storage. Many separately applied parts such as grab rails, sandboxes, UIC sockets, and roof lines. Detailed roof structures with two newly designed pantographs. Pantographs can be raised and lowered digitally. Powered and digitally controlled roof fans. Buffer height according to NEM standards. Brake lines, screw couplings, and closed snowplows are included as separately attachable parts.
