Model: Currently the EW1 of the TT model track is under revision. This will be based on optics and technology to the three-way switch, ie the heart pieces are now made of metal. In addition to a clear visual improvement, this brings with it another advantage: the frogs can be supplied with power, which ensures optimum power take-off, especially in the case of short locomotives and slow cruises. As with the three-way switch, the frogs are initially de-energized and can be polarized with the help of the motorized underground drive or when using the surface drives with a relay accordingly. Furthermore, the new EW1 receives new, improved switch blades.
