Together with many partners from the business world, the canton of Aargau successfully advertised public transport and the Aargau living and economic area. The showpiece was the advertising locomotive "Zugkraft Aargau" with the logos of the main sponsors. The locomotive could then be seen without logos on the SBB network until the end of 2004.
