Prototype: German Federal Railroad (DB) cab control car (type BDnrzf 740), 2nd class with a baggage area. “Silberling” / “Silver Coin” design. Modernized “Karlsruhe” end with a baggage area. Based at Frankfurt am Main. The car looks as it did around 1975.
Model: The truck at the end of the car with a cab has an inductive magnet and separately applied parts such as sand boxes. The car has triple headlights and dual red marker lights that change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and will work in digital operation. Maintenance-free warm white LEDs are used for lighting. The car has a drag switch. The 7319 current-conducting couplings or the 72020/72021 current-conducting close couplers, and the 73400/73401 lighting kits (2 per car) can be installed in the car.
