Model: in blood orange colour with lateral "Pflatsch" logos and number plates. Model equipped with in-built load sensing digital decoder and true to the original sound functions from factory. Motor with flywheel. Drive on four axles. Two traction tyres. Coupler pocket according to NEM 355 standards with close coupling mechanism. Triple headlights that change with the direction of travel.
The electric locomotives of the BR E 94 that had remained in the DR after the war were disrespectfully called „Eisenschwein” (iron pig). No matter that they were the backbone of the goods traffic in the DR for the longest time. A notable difference to the DB version were the red painted bogies. The locomotives operated for the DR until 1990.
