    The Prussian S 6 is a rebuild of the original S 4. It was the last steam locomotive with double coupling in Germany and at the same time the heaviest locomotive on the continent. The S 6 was regarded as the most powerful passenger train locomotive of the K.P.E.V. in its time of origin.
