In 1931, CIWL put into service four Pullman cars for the "Golden Mountain Pullman Express" on the MOB. The four saloon cars were taken over in 1939 by the RhB and adapted for the local operation. The aging wagons could be fundamentally worked on in 1998 with the help of a fundraising campaign by the association "Pro Salonwagen". With the "Alpin Classic Pullman Express" the RhB now has a unique and historically valuable fleet for your annual nostalgic rides and charter assignments.
