    Prototype: European freight train on German rails. Class 185.2 electric locomotive, 1 type Snps four-axle double stake car (SBB Cargo), 1 type Sdgkms four-axle deep well flat car with a semi-truck rig painted and lettered for the freight forwarder Vos Logistics, 1 type Rils sliding tarp car painted and lettered for the Luxembourg State Railroad (CFL), leased to the Dutch State Railways (NS), 1 special car for chemical products, used on the German Railroad, Inc. (DB AG). Design with an insulated funnel flow tank. Privately owned car painted and lettered for the firm KVG Tank Cars Leasing Company, Inc.

    TRIX 11138: Excellent starter set November 05, 2016  Rating: 4

    TRIX 11138 is an excellent set to start with this wonderful hobby. But I had to wait to receive this set for a long time when ordered in Jan 2016, and received it in APRIL 2016. But the wait was worthwhile, once I opened the package. The Locomotive looks very attractive and functions well with the DCC. I would expand the set with more locos ( maybe with sound)and tracks soon. I am also planning to build diorama for same, with some automatic functions like stop/start and signaling. Only drawback is, there is no manual for the DCC controller or any booklet for a first timer to start. I had to search for DCC related information on net. Overall very good experience to start with.
