Bodywork in fire red, interior in papyrus white. Steering wheel, chassis and bumpers in black. Transparent front headlamps and red transparent tail lamps. Wheel rims at the front and double wheel rims at the rear in black. Borgward logo on the front as well as model designation with trim in silver. Front headlamp rings also in silver and hand-painted headlamps with silver on the inside. Indicators in orange. “Freiwillige Feuerwehr” painted on the side of the door at the front. Opaque glass effect at the rear as well as on the two side windows towards the rear.
