Vectron electric locomotive of RTB Cargo, epoch VI

    - novelty 2020 -

With the H0 model of the electric locomotive Vectron from RTB, PIKO fulfills the wishes of PIKO fans who, both as the system operator and as the collector, have chosen models based on the latest rail technology. With the Vectron, PIKO delivers a high-precision model that has numerous extras based on a solid zinc die-cast frame and the equipment with proven PIKO standards. The proven PIKO motor with two large flywheels ensures excellent running properties. The traction of the locomotive, which is driven across all four axles, is increased by two traction tires, which are arranged diagonally to each other on the axles running on both bogies. The headlamps and tail lamps are illuminated by LEDs, the red and white of which change with the direction of travel. The outwardly elegant appearance of this model includes a precisely reproduced technical "roof landscape" and carefully detailed bogies with prototypical wheel disc profiles.

PIKO sound decoder # 56444 can be retrofitted.
