I recently had a phone conversation with Rey at your company regarding purchasing a H0 locomotive, at first I was going to buy a Piko model, but the person I spoke to steered me towards a Roco model. My Roco BR 23 DRG arrived yesterday evening, wow what a great model! The detailing is great, the printing is perfect, and the packaging is unbelievable! I was not expecting a display case and how well the model was packaged. I have bought other brands of H0 models recently, but nothing compares to BR 23 I bought from your company, the Roco brand model was a great suggestion and well worth the additional cost. This purchase totally exceeded my expectations! I will be buying many more items in the future from your company based on this excellent experience. Reynauld has the best selection, best pricing, and the best customer service in the industry.

Yesterday I received your shipment and opened it today. I am 70 years old and have been ill and in pain for three years. I have lost interest in almost everything. Opening your parcel and seeing the cars and accessories gave me a feeling of joy, like I have not felt for a long time. I am anxious to finish cleaning out this storage room and setting up the train table.

As far as I am concerned,there is no better place to buy European trains.Either on the internet or on the telephone,Rey and Roman always make me feel appreciated as a customer. I tried doing business with a competitor in British Columbia,Canada but their payment policies and lack of posted shipping charges made it a frustrating experience.For Fleischmann trains,I will always go to Reynaulds Euro-Imports first
