The Claas Axion 850 is only once available: With black design, the Claas design is given an optical evaluation - which is actually too bad for the field operation. With its 225 hp, the Claas Axion 850 is the top model of the Axion series. With it Claas introduced a new range of tractors between 163 and 225 HP rated power into the market. The Axion series is designed by Harsewinkeler design engineers for a tractor concept that is not optimized for a single application such as field work or road transport. The optimum wheelbase of 2.98 meters, the minimum overall length and the freely selectable ballasting of up to 2.9 t contribute significantly to this. In addition, enormous lifting power and optimum Claas performance data with up to 30 hp of additional power reserve.
