Prototype: Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS) class Re 4/4 I electric locomotive. Version with a red paint scheme and with a crossover door. The locomotive looks as it did at the end of the Eighties. B-B wheel arrangement.
Model: Era IV. The locomotive has a 21-pin digital connector. It also has a motor with a bell-shaped armature and a flywheel, centrally mounted. All 4 axles powered. 2 traction tires. The Swiss headlight / marker light code (triple headlights / white marker light) changes over with the direction of travel. Warm white LED's are used for the lights. Length over the buffers 171 mm / 6-3/4".
