Electric locomotive class 193 of the DB Cargo. Epoch VI. Motor with flywheel. Drive on four axles. Two traction tyres. Four pantographs. Coupler pocket according to NEM 362 standards with close coupler mechanism. LED-lighting white/red changes with the direction of travel. Model with digital decoder and digitally switchable sound and light functions as well as a buffer capacitor for an uninterruptible power supply. * For the use in the international goods transport * Freestanding handles partially made of metal * Premiere of the DB Cargo-Vectron in spring 2018 * Sound in cooperation with Leosoundlab Because of the increasing demand for freight trains, the DB Cargo also ordered Vectron locomotives. The first 60 multiple-current-system locomotives were mainly used in the cross-border traffic. It‘s quite possible that the DB Cargo will purchase even more Vectron locomotives. However, until now, orders or contracts have not yet been completed.
