The E 250 Electric Locomotive features a DCC interface, can motor with flywheel, all metal frame, bi-directional prototypical lighting and all wheel drive. Model has extensive detail and great running performance.
Prototype: The Spanish state railway's heavy six-axle freight train locomotive is presented in the attractive blue-gold livery. The locomotives built in 1982 by Krauss-Maffei are presently decommissioned. In the early 80's the E250 general-purpose locomotive was developed by Krauss-Maffei and 5 prototype machines were delivered to RENFE. The series machines were manufactured in Spain at CAV and MTW.
