Before the commuter lines around Berlin were electrified, the Royal Prussian Railway Administration (K.P.E.V.) used steam locomotives of the T12 class on these lines. The 2-6-0 tank engines were very quick reaching a top speed of 80km/h (50mi/h). After the electrification began, these engines were transferred to regular passenger service. Roco offers the prefect cars for this engine: 45570 - 45574
