The BR 52 Steam Locomotive features a DCC interface, can motor with flywheel, all metal frame, bi-directional prototypical lighting and all wheel drive. Model has extensive detail and great running performance.
Prototype: The class 52 steam locomotives which were built during the war were modernized by the Austrian State Railways, ÖBB. They were equipped with a Giesl ejector in order to increase their performance, and a tender with guard cab was added in order to avoid having to run a separate guard van for freight trains.
