Friends of the railroad have been waiting for this title: With the band 17 of the "Railway Picture Archives", the Series 44 is set at the German DR in the DDR, a worthy memorial. The selection of images shows the strongest DR freight train tender locomotives used in all periods, between the post-war period until the end of the service plan beginning of 1982. The Federal Railroad locomotives of Class 44 will be followed by another band at a later date.
