Piko presents a introductory level passenger car of the era V of DB AG. This cars will look good also at a era VI consist. Car features a rugged injected plastic body without sepparate applied parts. Fitted with interiors, but the interiors may not match with a Bistro Car, since we find only chairs inside. No interior lighting, may require major dissasembly for retrofitting. Painting can be improved, since the DB logo was not well done. Detailed trucks. Blackened metal wheels with NEM profile, features smooth rolling. Will work on code 83 and 100 track. Tested in Roco Geoline and Kato Unitrack and worked fine. Standard NEM couplers are included, have to be applied by user. Couplers included requires force to couple and are not reliable, performance can be improved using Roco, Fleischmann or Trix couplers, specially in push-pull operation. Car comes packaged into an standard cardboard and soft plastic box. Car won't fit into original box when the couplers are installed.
