In 1947, Alfred Talke senior founded the forwarding company in Hürth near Cologne. The development to become one of the leading logistics service providers for the chemicals industry in Europe was of course not foreseeable then. As early as the 50s, the forwarder specialized in chemicals logistics and has developed special vehicles and containers for that. Herpa now releases the new Renault Magnum in Talke colors.
