    The Nord-Ostsee Bahn (NOB) is a Kiel based private train operating company that is a 100% subsidiary of the Veolia group. Since 2000, it operates the passenger service on the railway lines Kiel - Husum, Husum - Bad St. Peter Ording, and half of the line Kiel - Neumünster. To this end, the NOB has, among others, also three motor coaches of the "Talent-Family" at its disposal. These are carried in stock as VT 728 - 730 and have a blue-yellow-white paint coating. The company has an own depot in Husum for maintenance.
