    On the west coast of Denmark, the locomotive previously designated 211 130-0 found a new area of operation with the local private railway Vemb-Lemvig-Thyborøn-Jernbane (VLTJ). For this purpose, the locomotive underwent a general inspection in 1989 at Regentalbahn where it was also painted in the company colours of deep orange and ivory. With VLTJ’s purchase of a former DSB locomotive, the 211 fell out of use in Denmark in 2001.
