"Cash for Clunkers" Trade Up Program

Here is how it works. We give you $30.00 Dollars towards the purchase of a new Roco HO locomotive, for at least $225.00 Dollars, if you send us your old locomotive.

The requirements are:

  • Locomotive has to be a HO model.
  • Locomotive has to be a European brand.
  • Locomotive has to be somewhat complete. That means it has to have a body, a chassis with wheels, a motor, a tender, if it is a tender steam locomotive. If the housing is broken, has missing parts – no problem. If the motor is burned out – no problem. If the body is scratched, chipped, dented or discolored – no problem.
  • You are responsible for the postage to get the model to us.
  • We will run this service till September 30 and will decide after that, if we will continue with it.
  • You have to call us before sending your locomotive, so we can give you an authorization number.
